We offer HOME SERVICE for your convenience.

Please observe the following guidelines:

  • For NCR/Metro Manila customers, call our Customer Care Hotline 330-1111.

  • For Provincial customers, you may call the branch nearest you. (Branch locator)
  • Prepare to give the model and serial number (usually located at the back) of your unit/s.
  • For in-warranty unit, prepare photocopies of both the sales invoice & warranty certificate.
  • We offer 24 hours service response time within city proper for NCR/Metro Manila.
  • Home service is scheduled everyday including Sundays and Holidays.
