Please observe the following guidelines:
- For NCR/Metro Manila customers, call our Customer Care Hotline 330-1111.
- For Provincial customers, you may call the branch nearest you. (Branch locator)
- Prepare to give the model and serial number (usually located at the back) of your unit/s.
- For in-warranty unit, prepare photocopies of both the sales invoice & warranty certificate.
- We offer 24 hours service response time within city proper for NCR/Metro Manila.
- Home service is scheduled everyday including Sundays and Holidays.
- Home service schedule is generally confirmed within 15 minutes by phone or text(sms).
