1971 – Solid Electronics Corp. (SEC) began servicing Sony TV and Audio products as a division of Solid Corporation.
1982 – SEC also known as SolidService was established as a separate entity to focus on the after-sales service of Sony dealers and customers.
2002 – SEC absorbed the operations of AIWA (consumer electronics) after-sales service.
2008 – Established service agreement with MyPhone (first Filipino mobile dual sim phone) exclusively repair of mobile/tablets.
2014 – A service agreement was signed with ABS-CBN for the repair of their ABS-CBN TVPlus digital boxes.
2019 – Solid Electronics Corp. changed its name to SolidService Electronics Corporation to expand the after-sales services of other products (white lines) particularly HVAC (Air-Conditioning).
2022 – Entered to service agreement with GMA 7 for the repair of their GMA affordabox (Digital Set-up box).
2023 - SEC again entered into another service agreement with Harman JBL for the repair of their Lifestyle products.
Presently, SolidService has 30 branches nationwide, committed to serve our clients / customers through continuous improvement in network expansion, technical skills training, system enhancement and operational efficiency.
