Repair Policy
  • SolidService shall inform the customer if there are major parts that need to be replaced.
  • Customer must present their claim slip upon claiming of the unit.  In case of lost claim slip, customer must fill–up lost claim form with affidavit of loss, valid identification card and letter authorization for their claimant.
  • SolidService shall require a deposit of P500.00 to be deducted on the total repair cost that will incur.
  • The following units shall be accepted for repair but under certain restriction:
    • Japanese Models
    • Phased-out / Obsolete Models
    • Badly tampered units
    • Heavily damaged units
    • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration & failure of the customer to follow normal operating procedures specified in the user manual
    • Damage, defects or malfunction as a result of fire, flood or other Acts of God
