Shop Repair
  • While-You-Wait-Repair
    • Diagnosis and actual repair are accomplished within an hour or two whenever possible  (parts available and not serviced outside).
  • Regular Shop Repair
    • After bringing your unit/s for repair, expect to get a repair status through text or call within a day or two.  You may also check online or call our Customer Service Hotline. Your Service Report or Claim Slip (CS) and serial number are needed to check your record.
  • Conditional Repair
    • The following units are accepted for repair under certain restrictions
  • Very old or phased out models

  • Badly tampered or heavily damaged units
  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration or failure to follow normal operating procedures specified in the user`s manual
  • Damage, defect or malfunction as a result of fire, flood or other force majeure circumstances
